Private sessions · 1:1 and 1:2
In a private session, nothing is a compromise.
A group class is built for a range of bodies. A private session is built for yours — and rebuilt each time, based on what happened last week.
Block C, #03-22, Eco Palladium. Free parking with over 1000 bays.
Why people move to private
The session changes shape while you're in it.
Private sessions deliver dedicated, one-on-one attention with precision movement coaching.
Every session adapts to your unique pace and schedule, ensuring maximum results and a transformative practice built around you.
Who books private
Five reasons people choose it.
New to Pilates, or looking for personalised care and guidance
Scoliosis, or a body with postural issues
An old injury, or newly recovered
Bridal, preparing for the big day
Post-natal, rebuilding core strength and pelvic placement
We teach Pilates — we're not a clinic and we don't treat injuries. If you're under the care of a doctor or physiotherapist, keep them involved and tell us what they've advised, so we can work alongside it.
The full studio
Group classes use two machines. Private uses all four.
Reformer and Wunda Chair run in group classes. The Cadillac and the Ladder Barrel only come out in private sessions.
Choosing
One of you, or two?
Both are private sessions in a closed room.
Duet
- RM105 each
- Bring your own partner — a spouse, a sibling, a best friend, a colleague
New clients only, one trial per person. Valid one month from purchase.
Your first session
Here's exactly how it goes.
About you and your body
Your instructor gets to know you and works through your posture analysis.
Your move
You work across different apparatus, each chosen for a different purpose.
Instructor's feedback
You'll receive both tactile and verbal cues to improve your form.
What a posture assessment actually looks like.
Your posture analysis takes 5 to 10 minutes at the start of your first session. Your instructor watches you move through a few simple positions — which hip sits higher, which shoulder does more, where your range runs out.
It isn't a test, and there's nothing to prepare. It's how she decides what the rest of the hour should be.
Grip socks are the only thing to bring. If you don't have one, you can get our YAY socks for RM15.
After the trial
What it costs to keep going.
Most people settle into once or twice a week. The rate drops the more you buy, and there's no membership or monthly commitment.
Merdeka — same price, more sessions. Buy 5 and get 5+1. Buy 10 and get 10+2. Buy 20 and get 20+4. Until 16 September.
Valid 2 to 6 months depending on the size of the pack.
Prices are per pair. You bring your own partner.
Merdeka — same price, more sessions. Book any private package before 11.59pm on 16 September and we add the extra sessions on top. Validity extends with the pack, so you're not handed sessions you can't use.
Not sure which size to start with? Message us — we'd usually say do the trial first and decide after.

Questions we get
The honest answers.
Is private worth it if I'm a complete beginner?
It's the fastest way to learn the equipment properly, and you'll never spend a session confused about what you're supposed to feel. That said, our group classes are small and start from zero too — if budget is the deciding factor, the group trial is RM195 for three classes and there's no shame in starting there.
How often should I come?
Once a week is enough to make steady progress. Twice is noticeably faster. Less than once a fortnight and you spend part of each session re-learning what you had, which is why we'd rather you did four sessions in a month than eight spread over four.
Can I do private and group classes?
Plenty of members do — a private session every week or two to work on something specific, group classes in between for volume. Tell your instructor what you're doing in the group classes and she'll build around it.
What if my duet partner can't make a session?
Message us as early as you can. Depending on the notice we can usually move the pair of you, or run it as a solo session for one of you and settle the difference. What we can't do is find you a replacement partner at short notice.
Do you take more than two people?
Yes — private group sessions run from three people upward, for friends, family or a workplace. The session is built around the group rather than the timetable. Message us with how many of you there are and roughly what you're after.
Will I always have the same instructor?
Wherever the schedule allows, yes — continuity matters more in private than in group, because half the value is someone remembering what your body did last month. If your usual instructor isn't available, whoever covers will have your notes.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before and the session goes back into your account. Later than that, or a no-show, and it's used. Private slots are held for you specifically, so a late cancellation can't be filled.
What do I wear?
Anything you can move in — leggings and a fitted top work well, because loose clothing makes it harder for your instructor to see what your body is doing. Grip socks are the one requirement, and we sell them at RM15 a pair.
